PCR Cloning

PCR Cloning A 5-minute, room-temperature reaction requires no gel purification or post-PCR modifications and yields up to 95% recombinants. TOPO® kits are available for general subcloning, long PCR fragments, in vitro transcription, and sequencing. They are also available for expression in E. coli, mammalian cells, and entry into the Gateway® expression system. TA Cloning® kits are designed for cloning directly from a PCR reaction using an overnight ligation step.
